    Really nice to see someone coloring a picture from another artist without the need to add "COLORED BY ME" on top of it with some self artist tag somewhere

    i did that for the first picture i colored, but people were saying that it wasn't really cool to put my name on it and i realized they were absolutely right

    The problem with someone NOT saying THEY colored it is that an "edit' tag will be forgotten.

    If it happens to be a pool coloring job, it also has the bad notion that "wow, this artist sucks at coloring *subject*"

    If that happens it's really easy for anybody to just look at the artist's gallery with some minimum research then just add the edit tag on the submission. That bothers me less than seeing someone trying to leech some other artist by scribbling his name on the picture

    didn't know the edit tag was a thing. i'll use it from now on, thanks

    Not a problem, so long as someone tags it with "Edit", it should be all right.
