Its obvious that the gun in his right hand is a Desert Eagle, but I cant see the other one clearly...So i cant give an informed opinion

The perspective makes it look like he's about to blow his thumb off.

That's probably why nobody uses this position in real life.

They're a bit unwieldy one handed, but if you aren't built like a ten year old you can fire them just fine with a single hand. It's all in the recoil control.

Now a .45-70 handgun single handed, would be another story. I got a rifle chambered in that and it doesn't seem like it'd be too fun without that heavy barrel keeping it stable.

The name of the second weapon in question is clearly a Sig Sauer P226. And the P226 doesnt have that much recoil, so you can one hand it.

I’m not sane so there forth I can handle one hand shooting a Desert Eagle 50-cal one handed.
