    Also, to the Slowpoke who keeps trying to re-tag this as "ambiguous_gender" *cough* Mutisija *cough cough*, knock it off. If you're so unfamiliar with Pokémon that you don't even know that male and female Nidoran have had different physical appearances ever since the first Pokémon games were released *twitch twitch*, then you clearly don't have enough badges to train this Pokémon any business tagging this picture.

    (Translation: Stop f**king re-tagging the gender when you don't even know how the gender of the character works.)

    You've been here long enough, you should know better than that.
    First of all: What if somebody doesn't know about the two genders having different forms?
    Secondly: Genderbending, you surely have seen many characters who are originally male, now equipped with boobs and the rest and female who were equipped with a groinal pokestick.
    By your logic all Digimon should always be ambiguous_gender because the show states that Digimon have no gender.

    Not that I'm eager to appear to be arguing with an admin, but your logic is contradicted by the tags in several pictures that have nidoran♀ and female tags when the pictures themselves have no other gender indicators.

    If you want to know the truth, we don't really have the manpower to enforce gender usage on every single safe post, and this is particularly true of ferals. We generally don't get involved unless there is a tagging dispute going on. However, now that there is one here I would recommend you don't continue to push your luck with the tags as it will quickly lead to bans.

    Example C

    All of the cases you linked should be tagged with ambiguous_gender by our current standards.

    Oh, and for the record, example C was actually originally tagged shota, and was posted 7 years ago. Things posted that long ago aren't always going to be a good indicator of current tag usage as posts don't always get updated right away.

    The nidoran♀ tag has the "female" symbol in its name. This is a freaking female.

    The name of a species/character has no bearing on how we tag gender.

    Like I said in the message I sent you, fine. Whatever. I'm not about to outright butt horns with an admin over a stupid tag. You want it as ambiguous_gender? Fine. I'll leave it as ambiguous_gender. It isn't worth it for me to change it anymore, especially if I'm getting a Neutral Record for it.

    oops... i responded to a higher-up with an arguement before looking under their name and SEEING that they were an privileged. hiding comment now.

    (in other words, i argued with an Privileged without knowing it... SHIET!)
