    I don't know much about the intestines' anatomy. Does your large intestine move when you take a large dildo, or in this case, penis?

    to some extent, but the connective tissues have their own elasticity and tensile strength to keep the organs in place
    if it has gotten soft from repeated stretching (abuse), then its liable to be moved and stretched more freely, i guess

    As someone capable of taking a dildo up to underneath their rib cage; yes, the large intestine does stretch and move a good bit to allow for it.

    The phrase "rearranging one's guts" is founded in reality. ;)
