Some of the myth and folklore I've read says that succubi are just female vampires, so I guess the same things you would use to kill a male vampire (stake through the heart, holy water and silver bullets)

Succubi are lust based female demons that fool people into having sex with them to gain power. In helluva boss, hellborn demons like succubi seem to be as easily killable as a common person(based on the fact millie killed Satan knows how many greed based hellborn in the episode exes and ohhs). In addition bee is a seven deadly sin (gluttony) so she can kill basically anyone she wants(aside from those who obviously out class her and sinners bc they can't die twice unless it's by an angel which bee isn't one) [edit: turns out bee is an angel]
