MemberSupposedly, there is a law in Alaska about taking snow from a neighbor's yard wherein you cannot use it for a snowman, but using it for an igloo is fine, according to just one source, that I cannot personally back up as I have trouble finding laws online as I do not know how to search for such laws as that.
Apart from that it's likely illegal to put snow on the roadways from anywhere else, or at the very least, against guidelines regarding the movement of snow.
