20 March: The 2026 staff drive is now CLOSED! If you are selected to move forward, you will be contacted via DMail. Important note: this process takes a long time, usually several weeks. If you would like to know the status of your application after 10 April, feel free to contact me (Rainbow Dash).
24 February: Just as a heads up, we've updated our uploading guidelines to include a new entry. This was added to address a string of bad faith content that was exploiting our very permissive content standards.
We still have a Discord server, come talk to us!

Memberisn't it AI? ;0
Dragonshoarding69
MemberThis is AI generated. Look at their gallery and it is very obvious with multiple different styles, common AI glitches, and on twitter they post videos of them drawing over finished pictures to try and claim they are a real artist.
AI art is fine, but using AI art to pretend to be an artist, while telling people to support your "art" on Patreon is not ok, it's just a scam at that point. This belongs on https://e6ai.net/ and the person behind this needs to stop their scam.

MemberI was confused by the fact that one ear grows into the second, legs into the penis and tail into the back.not to mention the strange artifacts on the ends of the fur

MemberHello Dragonshoarding69, thanks for your concern. I am not aware of any AI that can produce line work, least like mine and with my brushes. I imagine it'd be a lot messier than this because it extracts from images from other artists. I admit I was a bit hasty to post these, I didn't ask for critique beforehand like I usually do (redlining) which is a bit silly of me because I have quite poor eyesight. I can't agree with "AI is fine" however because AI steals from artists, especially minority ones. I can only record what I do, I'm not sure what else you expect of me but I am open to any suggestions. At the moment you come across as a pro-AI person who wants to smear me, but as I sometimes doubt others myself I will give you the benefit of the doubt.
In future you can try these sites to verify if something is AI, they're not always accurate and do have false-positives but they work fairly well:
https://isitai.com/ai-image-detector/
https://www.aiornot.com/
https://app.illuminarty.ai/
For my next painting I will record the drawing as well and post it to Twitter instead of just Patreon, etc. No one is being scammed and my Patreon is for project files and higher resolution versions, it is up to people to have those or not, all of my art is freely accessible online so please don't call me a scammer. Due to new Patreon rules on NSFW though, I am migrating some of my work to Fantia.
Thanks
Inafox
MemberThat's a bit of an optical illusion with the ear, the line of the ear is lost because I made the tips black and then overlays the other ear. Bit of a brainfart on my behalf. I can see what you mean though, I kind of added the tips in last. She is meant to be on a bed (as the top corners show). I wasn't sure whether to paint or draw the lines of the bed if I ever was to render it, bedding always looks wirey in my line style. I'm not sure what you mean by artifacts though, I think that's just the antialiasing you're may be seeing where I downscaled it. There's a bit of a higher resolution version. Sorry for the mistakes. I'll try to remedy it next time. Thanks for your input though!

MemberThis is the most basic mistake in art, especially in line art, when it cannot be corrected by tone. neural networks, on the contrary, very often make such mistakes, and taking into account that the lines look confident, it is strange to see such mistakes (if it's not AI of course). and the lines of the ears are connected by a confident one.
with regard to the ability, stable diffusion calmly makes art in the style of a sketch, you just need to give a sketch parameter.
I'm really sorry if this is your art,
but I'm still sure it's AI.

Memberas for the sites, they are not trusted. I tried to upload an AI image and it thinks it was done by a human.
so this is not an indicator.
Inafox
MemberI notice that upon zooming in it does have some artifacts, but that's not in the original image and I believe this is an issue with how CSP compresses paper texture when I was pursuing a traditional look. You can see the same issue here:
https://www.reddit.com/r/ClipStudio/comments/ulp4ba/is_there_any_way_to_resize_images_while_keeping/
You might also be seeing the anti-AI protection on the image, something called Glaze which leaves a bit of a watermark in the image.
Thanks for your concerns though, as I don't want people to think it's AI and is one of the reasons I show my stages anyway. I have reported the issue to CELSYS and will resize in Krita from now on when possible. I will also inform other artists.

JanitorInafox has submitted to me a layered source file.
The original image file has much larger dimensions that would be prohibitively expensive to generate through Stable Diffusion, there are several linework and coloring elements that are properly separated by layer, and there are a multitude of other minor adjustments (including some color adjustment layers and an underlying paper texture) that prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that this is manually-created art.
They're legit. Nothing to see here, folks.
nat 127
Membereven if they drew themselves, it is obvious that the line was generated.
and you can stretch and split into layers in Photoshop in 2 clicks, this is not an indicator.
Lafcadio
JanitorGenuinely, no. I have seen AI image generators obfuscate their process, confuse, and misdirect in order to find their fifteen minutes of fame. I have seen artists try to use generations as a shortcut to Patreon money. delreason:*generat* deletedby:Lafcadio
This is not that. Inafox has shown intentional use of techniques like layer masking and other fine adjustments that simply would never be necessary under an AI-driven workflow, to say nothing of how absurdly reductive "2 clicks" is.
I have made an official judgment as janitor. I think it would be in everybody's best interest if you took the L and moved on.
I'm not interested in taking any further arguments on this post, so make your case by speaking with an admin if you must.
