Every other artwork here tagged reverse_doggystyle is significantly different, though; they have the penetrating partner on top and facing away from the penetrating partner, rather than it being like doggystyle except the partner on bottom is penetrating the partner on top.

As for the reverse doggystyle tag, the tag desc itself say it for when two character are facing away from each other. Which is why you are seeing them facing away from each other in the tags post. This special kind of reverse doggystyle needs it own section of tag cause this awesome and need to be easier to find.
