Chaos Cultists tend to look like him, I suppose. Though this guy looks pretty Undivided, I'd expect Sundowner himself to be Khornate. He's a good honest warmonger. Give war a chance, like the good old days after 9/11.

The Black Legion is Undivided. They were the Luna Wolves, then the Sons of Horus, then the Black Legion. He appears to be a mortal cultist, and one which is surprisingly sane and balanced.

Have you read the entire comic ahead of time? I have and I'm basing my view on that. Obviously, he's incredibly amoral (as every fluffy abuser is) but he has a goal and a systematic way to achieve it. Most Chaos cultists, uh, can't maintain that level.

He has a goal (curing Bitch Mare Syndrome) and he worked towards it in a systematic, intelligent and restrained way. That's far more balanced than most Chaos Cultists.
