    Every country has its own SL, and she clearly did that intentionally because the outcome didn't surprise her. Also, she didn't use sign language but instead some sort of "contact language" (according to 20 Pesos Sopa) because she is blind, look how the speech bubble is coming from the hand she is touching.

    Sign language can be "shown" to and from a blind person by wrapping your hands around the other's hands and making them sign the words, or making them feel yours. In such a manner it's both Contact and Sign at the same time. That said, if 20 Pesos says it's "just" a contact language, then it's probably not Contact-Sign.
