All of the other pages show signs of being hand drawn and scanned. There is a great deal of digital work that goes on top after scanning and then the page is cleaned up. The art itself is so clean that it is easy to think it is full digital. This page is just the artist showing off their skills by revealing the truth. I, myself, never noticed until now.

Breakfast table scene both parents are drawn very simply with Jane not even having noticeable boobas as they were simply plot devices to delay some rat sibling banging. The towel situation is frankly perplexing. She started with the towel (post #3453841), dropped the towel and went nude (post #3506103), and now in this page she's wearing the towel again and it has somehow shrunk to a mere fraction of it's original size

But will she recognize them or even care? Her own scent (and any lingering scent from her husband) would be overpowering her nose, hence why she wants a shower, to help clear her nose. She knows her son has been watching porn so if she does manage to catch a whiff of any anomalous scent, she'll likely attribute it just to him even if any of it smells a bit "off", because why should she expect her children to be fooling around with each other. The most obvious things can go overlooked for a very long time because nobody thought to look (sniff).

Recognize the smell of sex? Absolutely. Anyone who's ever had sex knows that scent. She wants a shower because she's hot and sweaty, not to "clear her nose." You tend to get hot and sweaty during sex, which is part of the mix of things that creates that smell. And she just walked down the hall. So she went from a room filled with the scent, to the hall where the only thing that smells like it is her, back into another room that's full of the scent. She's going to notice.
