MemberA few things point to this: In the trailer, Raya summoned her with water and Sisu appeared from the drops. At the end of the teaser (In another), she was shown in the water in the form of a silhouette. Her old style suggested that she was a water dragon (like the fins on different sides of her body, like in this picture). I noticed exactly these details. Maybe I'm wrong.
As for me, these facts indicate that it belongs to the water element.
