MemberYup. The closest thing that actualy work to permamently change colour of fur is cryomarking. It's not too sharp and also only one colour so not that great for complicated things.
Nice piece nonetheless.

MemberThe character's canon is that she gets touchups on the tattoos regularly to maintain them. They're not permanent.
