Only until you use the gem to enchant something.

And depending on the type of Daedra in question, you may need very rare, expensive and high quality soul gems.

Dremora are considered Grand Souls, for example.

And this is why uncle Sheo would be the worst possible endbringer to Nirn. All the other deadra prince are just noobs hwo could be predictable at somepoint in their great schemes, but Sheogorath? By the Holy Hist, it's a good thing his enjoying playing in the mortal plain. XD
Also, I like the whole idea about the "You may think straight, but you will still sound and act like a low life." Just nailed it perfectly. ;)
