Membermmmmm I don't think so... Unless I don't remember it the only sword I remember from blood+ was the main characters sword which had the odd curve at the hand guard and the red gem in it.

MemberUse a steel with a high proportion of carbon, use different coatings to alter the color of the blade once it's forged... use magical metals that don't really exist i.e. orichalcum. There's any number of ways to make a black sword.
