Topic: Are simple_background and detailed_background mutually exclusive?

post #6291769 has two pannels with simple ones and another with a detailed one(some bedroom?). post #6287003 looks like it has a defined location(some ruins) but also a simple one(2 color simple thing as the sky).

Imo comics and multiple images can have both tags if applicable.
I would tag simple_background on your second example.

So if I understand correctly, even though the post is set in a somewhat defined space(some room), post #6291833 would be just simple_background because a part of the background just doesn't exist.

Well my opinion doesn't represent what the community thinks as a whole.
I said what I said because searching simple_background gave me arguably even more detailed background than your examples, (which are probably mistags)

But anyways, simple background wiki says if you can tell the location, you should tag it as detailed_background... And I can't tell post #6287003's location while I can tell characters are inside a house on post #6291769 and post #6291833
