Reason: These tags were created with brackets, but I feel like it's unnecessary for many of them, their names are currently untaken, and none of them really feel generic to me. In Capt. Locke's case, it's both for Capt. Locke being a specific name, and formatting the name how it's written in-game. There's several XXLW characters with unbracketed names (even the ones without surnames), so I feel these should be fine unless the name is likely to be used by another character or tag (like Wang, Orem, Owlbert, etc.)
If there's some sort of rule that solo names have to have brackets, my mistake, but it doesn't look to be the case.
