The bulk update request #13470 is pending approval.

create implication ignitus (161) -> the_legend_of_spyro (907)
remove implication ignitus (161) -> spyro_the_dragon (11284)
create implication corrupt_cynder (597) -> the_legend_of_spyro (907)
create implication dark_cynder (3) -> the_legend_of_spyro (907)
create implication pox_(spyro) (1) -> the_legend_of_spyro (907)
create implication bandit_(spyro) (1) -> spyro_the_dragon (11284)
create implication gnasty_gnorc (19) -> spyro_the_dragon (11284)
create implication red_(spyro) (13) -> spyro_the_dragon (11284)
mass update ripto -> ripto_(spyro)
create implication ripto_(spyro) (0) -> spyro_the_dragon (11284)
mass update spyro:_a_hero's_tale -> spyro:_a_hero's_tail
create implication spyro:_a_hero's_tail (0) -> spyro_the_dragon (11284)
mass update ice_princess -> ice_princess_(spyro)
create implication ice_princess_(spyro) (0) -> spyro:_a_hero's_tail (0)
create implication mrs._shoutfire (31) -> spyro:_a_hero's_tail (0)
create implication teena_(spyro) (3) -> spyro:_a_hero's_tail (0)
create implication cho_lei (1) -> spyro_the_dragon (11284)
create implication sorcerer_(spyro) (1) -> spyro_the_dragon (11284)
create implication sorceress_(spyro) (84) -> spyro_the_dragon (11284)
create implication hunter_(spyro) (210) -> spyro_the_dragon (11284)
create implication flame_(spyro) (186) -> spyro_the_dragon (11284)
create implication moneybags_(spyro) (57) -> spyro_the_dragon (11284)

Reason: A large number of Spyro characters and races were lacking any implications. I did not even touch lacking rescued_dragons_(spyro) implications from each individual dragon so far. sting_(nicholas_kole) was made by official artist, though never made into the games and by itself is unofficial, see baloonist_spyro as similar character. pox_(spyro) is technically a canon character, too.

Different forms of a character shouldn't imply the normal form, for searchability. For example, if someone wants to search for posts with both corrupt Cynder and normal Cynder, these implications would make searching "corrupt_cynder cynder" act just like a "corrupt_cynder" search.

ice_princess and ripto sound too generic to me, and should probably be disambiguated.

Is this game distinct enough to warrant its own tag? Perhaps it should be aliased.

The problem is that people (including me) always tagged her corrupt form together with character tag, same with balloonist Spyro posts tagged with Spyro. For your variant to work, all "cynder" tags must be manually removed from all posts with her corrupt form unless it's square crossover or alter ego. It's also technically possible for an art to exist, contain both her forms while being neither of these two, such as in sequence of her purification (there are some examples such as https://e621.net/posts/1737301), though.

In other words, would require a thorough manual cleanup of about 900 posts with making notes on characters' pages that people should not tag special forms of these two characters with general characters' tags.

P.S. There also is warfare_cynder, an anthrofied common 3D model of her, which again seems to be tagged with her general character tags. It appears to be slightly undertagged, compared with warfaremachine_(modeler) cynder

This is incorrect to do and should be cleaned, then. Just like we don't tag link on link_(wolf_form) or link_(rabbit_form) posts, unless humanoid-form Link is also visible. That isn't how character form tags should be handled.

I'm not sure what you mean, "contain both her forms while being neither of these two". If a post has both her forms, whether as two separate characters or one transforming into the other, both would be tagged. Just like Link transforming into Wolf Link.

Wouldn't be the first time something like that is needed.

I did not entirely understand your vision before this post, but you've explained this with Link forms for me, so you're right. Removed suggestions of implications from character forms to their generic forms (I also mentioned warfare_cynder above that likely shares the same problem as well and would require cleanup, too).
