Gender tags are only used for what counts as a character, and unless it's actually animate it will not count as a character and thus does not get gender tags

As far as genitals go, we have strategically_placed_hole for an anus/vagina, and 6 months ago I created strategically_placed_appendage and strapon_on_plushie for the penis case. I'm not really sure we need tags like <gender>_plushie and <gender>_sex_doll, but I guess it could be something to consider.
