Same issue as the macro_penis request, this isn't usual for size tags, and it's also regularly confused for "a macro character's balls" rather than "balls that are macro in size relative to the character". This implication would cause additional mistags when mistagged like that.
if we're going to do this it should be a BUR that collects all of these things together and, preferably we'd want a word that's not already in use.
