I don't think we do this for other size categories. This also seems easy to confuse for "a macro character's penis", rather than "a penis macro in size relative to the character", given how it's regularly removed. This implication would cause hyper_penis, huge_penis, and big_penis to be mistagged when the penis may be normal sized relative to the character it belongs to.
