create alias pokemon_waves (0) -> pokemon (622354)

Reason: Individual Pokemon games and generations are to be aliased to the general Pokémon copyright tag. These aliases can be found in this tag search.

Updated

Makes sense, given that almost all other mainline Pokémon games that aren't spinoffs get aliased to the main tag!
At first I was wondering "what if someone wants to avoid being able to see any images that depict upcoming Pokémon designs" but then I realized they can blacklist the generation_10_pokemon tag

The only issue with the above is "what if someone also ants to blacklist their ability to see things from the upcoming games that aren't designs of Generation 10 Pokémon (like human characters' designs, or things like Ms. Wavychu)", to which I don't really have a good answer

...So, should we leave this tag intact until the games come out (so people can blacklist somwehat spoiler-y upcoming things until then), and then alias it to the main pokemon tag afterward?

Speaking of generation 10 pokemon, there's a BUR for it with almost the title: topic #62327
