You can start by making a set. If you have a set big enough, it will be easier to advocate for a new tag

Maybe? What exactly would be tagged?

For a character with a big_penis with a big chastity_cage to match it, maybe we could instead create a big_chastity_cage tag? And for pictures with multiple scenes/panels where a character is shown to have a big_penis when uncaged, but then is shown to wear a nub_chastity_cage/flat_chastity_cage, maybe we could create a tag for either caged_vs_uncaged OR tight_fit_chastity_cage?

I'm just spitballing here, and I'm not sure if this is better as just a set or a tag. I'd start with making a set first, as Kaleth said. https://e621.net/post_sets/new

It's too soon to judge the merit of those tags; if there's only a handful of tags that qualifies, those tags will be remove as junk tags.

The best way to make a new tag (and have it stay) is to show it's going to be useful. And there's nothing more convincing than having a Set filled with posts that fits the proposed tag.

Priviledged users, janitors, mods and admin can use tag scripts to easily apply the new tag to the posts in that set to start it.
