create implication adult_on_toddler (267) -> adult_on_young (17597)
create implication adult_on_baby (816) -> adult_on_young (17597)
create implication old_on_child (0) -> adult_on_young (17597)
create implication old_on_toddler (0) -> adult_on_young (17597)
create implication old_on_baby (0) -> adult_on_young (17597)
Reason: Toddlers and babies are also young, and old is also adult.
Considering many old_* tags were aliased to elderly_* tags I think it may be interesting to use an elderly_on_* form here.
Though curiously enough young_on_old itself was aliased to adult_on_young for being redundant: topic #44950

I agree, this bur needs some changes
