Reason: It's fairly often tagged on posts where knot is not visible and shouldn't be tagged, for example: stuck_knot -penis

Further examples of this with the searches, stuck knot -dildo, and in particular, stuck_knot -internal. Though after looking at the latter, people seem loath to place the tag "internal" on their posts.
