Reason: Before approving the BUR above, must approve this first because before_common_era already implied ancient_art (only these tags for some reason), so if it goes through, all of them would be:

Reason: Based on a suggestion from @Donovan_DMC to standardize bc (before christ) with bce (before common era) but to do that, we need to move/update it first to avoid blocking transitive relationships, after that we can alias them

That won't fix the problem. The problem is that you can't alias away a tag via BUR while it has implications and aliases on it. Before we can alias these tags away, we need BUR 13187 to be approved above, first. Also, you need to edit your original BUR in this thread since we want the BCEs to imply before common era, not the BCs. Once those are done, you can edit the mass updates into aliases.
