Topic: alias amputated_tail -> missing_tail

The bulk update request #12627 is pending approval.

create alias amputated_tail (87) -> missing_tail (137)
create alias tail_removed (89) -> missing_tail (137)

Reason: These are consistent with the alias already in place for amputated_arm.

amputated_tail could also imply that the tail was only partially amputated, not only entirely, but then again, the wiki page could just be expanded to include that as well. as i don't see the purpose to that many tags that essentially identify the same thing

Don't we already have docked_tail for a partially removed tail?
