Reason: Implication is for lava shark due to being related, while alias is pretty obvious

What do you mean by “this context”? Because when I first discovered it, I assumed it’s another “lava X” that needs to be imply, so it’s pretty clear

I don't think a "lava shark" is a real thing. Is it a creature from some game, comic, or a show? Or is it someone's random lava-infused shark? There's no information on its wiki page. We generally don't make tags for just anyone's pet creature design (see all the hybrids that have been aliased away), and when a creature is established enough and a tag is warranted, we try to avoid generic terms like "lava shark", "orcat", "folf", which could apply to anyone's take on a similar concept which could look wildly different. At least, it should be given a suffix to clarify what specifically it refers to.
there are like very few characters that are typical furry sharks with subtle lava attributes without being specific original species. you'd better off going with shark + lava_creature/lava_skin
