So, I really like the new design, but now I'm not able to find the Comment section, where I can find replies on my posts or on posts I commented on.
Did it get removed or just moved somewhere else?

Go to you profile, and you can see the words "comments on" and "mentions" and some blue numbers. try them out

that would be the "(mentions)"

Good afternoon people, I am new to e621 (actually I have been using it for a much longer time but I did it incognito), I don't know how to post a comment on the posts on this site, it tells me that for the first week after registration it is not possible to leave comments, but I registered on March 3, so more time has passed, but I don't know how to do it, could someone explain it to me or send me a screenshot? Thank you

1. Open the post which you wish to comment on.
2. Click post comment It is right under "Before commenting, read the how to comment guide." line.
