remove implication thong (45843) -> clothing (2571236)
create implication thong_only (1625) -> underwear_only (30619)
create implication thong_only (1625) -> thong (45843)
Reason: Since thongs are underwear, the tag already implies clothing indirectly.

The thong_only implications have also been suggested in topic #31966. And the thong implication removal has been suggested in topic #30983 (by you even) and topic #29719.
