I don't think clothing_bow fully fits the idea of accessories, nor do I feel we should adopt this x_bow format for clothing. It should be bow_<clothing>.

Reason: This is a more chunk-sized BUR. I feel formatting the clothing tag to match the accessory tag makes it slightly more presentable. I used to prefer clothing_bow, but I have changed my mind since them. But if more people want clothing_bow or bow_on_clothing, I don't feel super strongly over the matter. Being vaguely formatted though has benefits, a bow can be over clothing, or part of the clothing itself.
