You can add them. Go to the BUR listing page, scroll down to find the BUR, and there should be an Edit link on the right side of your BURs. Though it seems those implications are already made.

Upon further looking they're already implied.

I dunno about this... My use of thigh_highs is if a stocking (or any other leg garment) reaches the thighs of the character. If this is actually a type of leg garment separate from stockings, then I'm OK with this, but if it's just a supplementary tag, then this doesn't make sense.

If I recall correctly the difference is that thigh highs stay up the leg using a built in elastic whereas stockings require the use of garter straps and a belt to stay on the leg correctly. I'm assuming the former would be true of thigh socks also.

Most of the tags on BUR #969 look good, though the implication green_thigh_highs -> green_legwear can probably be removed since it was also submitted as a separate implication on topic #29777. The implication red_thigh_highs -> orange_legwear should also be changed to instead be red_thigh_highs -> red_legwear.

I think all of the tags on BUR #970 should be edited. Instead of implicating *_thigh_socks -> *_legwear, the tags should implicate *_thigh_socks -> *_thigh_highs (since the implication chain of their base tags thigh_socks -> thigh_highs -> legwear would apply to these tags as well).

Updated BUR #969 to reflect your suggesstions, BUR #970 isn't needed as the implications of *_thigh_socks -> *_thigh_highs is already approved.

Just realized it's not needed as per BUR #956, just submitted rainbow_thigh_socks -> thigh_socks as a single implication. topic #29868

The thigh socks will already get the legwear tags through your first BUR. The thigh socks tags imply the thigh highs tags already.
