You can't. It happens often. Calm down.

Reporting bad tagging
Found someone who is constantly removing valid tags, or adding invalid tags to images, or is constantly changing tags on the same image for no rhyme or reason?
If the tagging abuse is contained within a single image (or only a few images) report the image for the reason "Tagging Abuse" and explain what they're doing on the image. If they're doing that on more than one image be sure to link the other images in the reason as well.
If the tagging abuse is spread over many images report the user directly instead. To do so open the user's profile page and click "Report User". On the newly opening page give us as much information on what they're doing, and where, as you can so we can find the abuse.
Please note that it's also against the rules to upload images with less than 4 valid tags. If you find someone uploading something with less than 4 valid tags please report them!
Good things to report:
- someone repeatedly removing valid tags, or adding invalid tags
- different people repeatedly changing tag around on a single post (we call this a tag war)
- someone removing all tags from any image
- this is a very bad thing to do and worth reporting any time you see it
- someone using tags to insult or call out another person
- A user is not uploading their art with 4 valid tags or more
- A user is incorrectly setting the rating on an image
Things to not report:
- singular mistags
- if someone mistagged something once we generally handwave it, everyone makes mistakes sometimes after all
- typos
- eveyrone maks tyopes
- not tagging something
- not tagging something is not against the rules, only removing valid tags or adding the wrong tags is against the rules

Hello this is good-taste, just came off of a 12-month ban!
The reason I was banned was for alleged "tag vandalism," and I try to dispute it but the moderator insisted that it was the culprit, either me "using a program or moving really fast" making unnecessary changes to tags on other people's posts.
I still refute that those actions were mine, because I asked for some examples of posts that were allegedly tampered with under my account, and none of the posts provided were relevant due to them being so recent at the time and unfamiliar to me.
I just want to let you know that I have logged in and from this point forward I will consistently log out to make sure there isn't any tampering with my account without me actually being logged in. The longest time ,pre-ban, I have left my account logged in for long durations, so I suspect that there may have been some compromise with my account since I basically left the door open to begin with. So if anything sketchy happens while my ban is dropped starting today, please inform me.
I don't know if there is an actual issue with my account being compromised or if there was just a case of moderator abuse. All I can say is we'll see what happens later.

I wish I could do more to help, but if you're worried about getting banned again, you can check a record of tagging changes made with your account by going to your profile and clicking post changes. https://e621.net/post_versions?lr=170433&search%5Bupdater_id%5D=170433
I'd keep an eye on that page until you're sure your account is secure. If you haven't already, make sure to change your password and any other accounts you have that use the same password.

Well, there is a large number of bad tag edits done by your account before you got banned. Though I must say, I don't think all of them were wrong (at the very least the change you did to post #197112 looked correct, as that's not a herm since there's no visible pussy as required for it, and it's not gynomorph since there's no required breasts, so it does look like a male, with an unusual penis placement as tagged). But in either case, it wasn't just a moderator saying you did all those other bad tag edits. Either you did do them, or your account was compromised, and in either case you're responsible for what happens under your account. If you haven't yet, I would suggest making sure your email is correct and changing your password.
How does one report an instance of faulty tagging or tag-locking across multiple related images/posts, on a single ticket? Cinder-bot states that apparently it's possible (and heavily preferred to individual tickets, for obvious reasons!) but either I'm figuratively blind (very likely) or the option doesn't actually exist (less, but still significantly, likely).
EDIT: And in the latter case, how would one report such an instance of mis-tagging in good faith, without Cinder instantly vetoing it due to not being sentient?

in the text box for any ticket, you can grab the links to other offending material (posts, comments, tag edits, et cetera) and simply link them in the box. i prefer doing line breaks for each one, instead of keeping them on one line, but that's for the sake of making it look cleaner. if you feel like it ended up looking like a mess of links, though, you can use "text":*link* to change the link to whatever's the quoted text, for example "help":https://e621.net/help turns into help.

Thank you! Duly noted.

Reporting Comments, forum posts, or blips
On the offending comment, forum post, or blip click the "Report" button at the bottom of it. Then fill in the reason and hit "Submit Complaint".
Please be as descriptive as possible with the reason given. The better you explain the situation the easier we have it to assess the information you provide us.Good reasons to report:
- harassment
- stalking other users, targeting users with down votes, etc are all reportable offenses that fall under this
- insulting other users
- racist insults, insults against a user's sexuality, insulting a user's nationality, etc are all worth reporting
- being creepy
- spam
- trolling
- generally being a douche to other users
What not to report for:
- Trivial things that are older than a month are rarely given a record. Unless the thing they're doing is incredibly harmful (linking to malware, threats of murder, doxxing, anything actually illegal under US law code, etc) we usually do not bother with them after they're older than a month
- this means if someone was a bit creepy 2 months ago, and hasn't been creepy again since then, we assume they grew as a person and realized it's creepy on their own
- if you're unsure of it's severity report it anyway and we'll have a look

I am not sure if there is a rule against this listed somewhere else, but I'd suggest putting "baseless accusations of someone using AI" as reportable/punishable comments. I recently saw an instance of people doing this, and while the artist was proven innocent, and the comments were erased I find this kinda behavior incredibly harmful, and toxic. Those sorta things can really mess with the artist's head, and effect their reputation.
If people think something is AI they really just need to flag it to be looked at instead of harmful witch hunting. As much as I absolutely hate AI being used for art this sorta thing gets out of hand.

Your concerns have already been noted on topic #61292.
So how do I cancel a report? The report and reply buttons are RIGHT beside each other and both start with an R, I just accidentally reported someone trying to reply to them and did NOT mean to.(Personally think this is a BIG design flaw that was overlooked, who thought putting the report and reply button side by side was a good idea?)

This seems to be such a persistent problem, yet just needs a simple fix.
Don't worry about accidental reports, your ticket will be handled accordingly by the admins. They should understand it was a mistake.

Even if you did make a report in error, with the number of times someone has accidentally self-reported, or later decided the report was undue & tried to cancel it despite it actually being important, we'd rather just manually discard the occasional accidental report than let the rest through. If you make a habit of filing bogus reports, that will be a problem, but we are perfectly capable of telling the difference between that and repeated, intentional abuse of the system. It's seriously not a problem.
