Aliasing tiptoe → tiptoes

Reason:
Another tag that could be aliased to tiptoes. I just finished cleaning it out, the thing basically consisted of mistagged actual tiptoes posts as well as tiptoe_(character) tags missing the suffix. So those are now all in one place like they should be.
