question mark
Use this tag when there is a "?" somewhere in the image, and it is used by itself as a response indicator, part of pictographics, or other decorative purpose. If it is used following a question, consider tagging question instead.
If it is present in the form "?!", the ?! tag should be prioritized.
Question mark responses are used to show that a character is trying to understand something in the scene, to indicate that they don't understand something, to indicate that they are confused / disorientated, or as a placeholder for a generic question ("What is this?", "Who are you?", "What is happening?", etc).
