Character: hairdresser (pillar chase 2)
Ok, since her Wikipedia page is dead, I'll give you the footnotes. The Hairdresser, or "Stylist" was never actually in Pillar Chase 2. She was originally intended to be a joke character that was used to promote the game. Her debut image features her giving a haircut to PCX, Pillar Chase's version of Sonic. EXE. However, after gaining an unintended amount of popularity within the fandom, Hairdresser became officially responsible for redesigning the all of the monsters. Recently however, all traces of her were unfortunately removed from the recode version of the game, by her creator, Froggy.
