Character: sai (shinrabanshou)
Sai is the son of Kai and Izuna from the series Shiranbanshou.
Sai is a kitsune and, like his mother, has two forms. In his sealed form he has silver hair and nine fox tails. Upon realizing his true potential his tails transform into nine dragons and his hair becomes gold.
