Green Plesioth is a Subspecies of Plesioth introduced in Monster Hunter G.

Green Plesioth is identical in body structure to the common species. It differs greatly in coloration however, featuring deep green scales along with white and purple striped spines and fins.

Green Plesioth is a highly adept swimmer, which gives it a distinct advantage over human hunters during underwater combat. It is able to wield its water sac with more skill and precision than the common species.

Green Plesioth is a highly aggressive wyvern. It has an uncanny ability to determine if there are multiple hunters in an area. Like normal Plesioth, the Green Plesioth loves frogs, which can be used to fish them out of the water. This subspecies is known to travel ashore to attack opponents and prey on land when enraged.

The Green Plesioth has been seen in the Desert, Old Desert, Jungle, and Old Jungle of the Old World. In the New World Green Plesioth are found in the Deserted Island and Flooded Forest.
