Character: lunar kitteh (a slime psycho)
Lunar Kitteh is a blue tabby_slime goddess created by A Slime Psycho, his oldest character still in use. She can manipulate time and create/manipulate matter, energy, weather, souls, universes, the rules of universes (sometimes), and pocket dimensions. She also doesn't need to eat/drink/breathe and can teleport anything including herself, transform without limit*, telepathically communicate, and travel between universes. However, she's just too lazy to do that stuff most of the time and just lets most bad things happen because she just doesn't feel like fixing or preventing it. Because A Slime Psycho is chaotic, all instances of Lunar Kitteh, no matter who makes it or what happens, is somehow always the same individual Lunar Kitteh.
*Unless she's in her nerfed anthro form (4' 08", 142 cm), where she's only able to float, teleport, and make minor modifications to herself such as changing her fur colours/textures in addition to normal human things.
