When a character is drawn with small, protruding canine teeth that are there more meant to be cute than to actually look threatening.
Typically other teeth are not depicted.
This is a common anime trope, and as such is often seen in drawings by Japanese (inspired) artists.
Not to be confused with flesh fang, which is similar except the fangs are depicted as a protrusion of the lips/snout (not separately as a tooth).
