Pawbert Lynxley, also known as "Paw," is a major supporting character in Zootopia 2. He is a male anthro canada lynx belonging to the influential Lynxley family, which includes his father, Milton Lynxley, his brother, Cattrick Lynxley, and his sister, Kitty Lynxley. He suffers abuse from his elitist family, who believe he does not live up to their prestigious family name.

During the course of the film, Pawbert smuggles Gary De'Snake into the city, ostensibly to help him uncover the original patent that proves the Lynxleys are frauds; however, his actual motive is to destroy the patent in order to prove his value to his family. He ends up in prison alongside the rest of his family.
