sheathed while penetrated
When a character's penis is still in its sheath or barely outside of the sheath (ex: fully sheathed, penis tip) while they're being penetrated such as during anal penetration or oral penetration for example.
Note that the character has to not be depicted as becoming erect immediately. They have to stay sheathed for a period of time.
