A boss with at least one of their employees. This tag also applies to any professional hierarchy where a character(s) is in charge of a group or individual.
This does not have to be sexual, but if it is, that is unprofessional behavior. In real life, romantic and sexual relationships of this nature are typically prohibited due to the power imbalance making such relationships ripe for abuse and coercion that draws consent into question. In fiction, though, some people find that hot.
Sexual relationships between bosses and employees may involve hierarchy play if the boss is of a higher social class.
