The very extreme version of tiny head. Posts tagged very tiny head should also be tagged tiny head.
Characters with heads that are disproportionately very tiny compared to their body.
For fully grown adults, the head is usually 1/7th or 1/8th of their total height. This tag is for heads vastly tinier than this, under 1/30th of the height.
