ringing phone

A telephone making a ringing or chiming noise, or playing a music track indicating an incoming call. This may be indicated by onomatopoeia like "ring", or by a musical note. With cellphones this is usually combined with motion lines indicating vibration.

For a phone that is merely vibrating, and NOT making other noises, use vibrating phone.
