April 4 is Foreskin Day, an unofficial international holiday in the online pornographic art / rule 34 scene. Its date was chosen due to "fore" sounding just like the number four (hence the date "4/4"). Artists post foreskin play/focus works, and commissioners either take on new or repost past commissions featuring said foreskin shenanigans.
