Fang (VA: Lachlan Watson, singing VA: Brigitte Naggar) (deadname Fatima) (birthday: March 21) is the player character of Goodbye Volcano High. A nonbinary pterosaur in their senior year of high school, they're an aspiring musician and the lead singer and guitarist for their band Worm Drama, along with their best friends Trish and Reed. Their younger brother is Naser, and their parents are Sabah and Saeed. Depending on the player's choices, they can pursue a romantic relationship with Naomi.

Fang's body is light grey and they have red-orange eyes. They have feathers on their elbows, large feathered wings on their back, sharp black nails, and dark grey markings under their eyes and on their head crest. Their natural hair color is red, but it is dyed silver during the events of the game. Fang typically wears a black sleeveless crop top, long torn black pants, tall black boots, a necklace of a dinosaur skull, a black collar with a silver ring, a spiked band around their crest, and a CalderaFest wristband on their left wrist.

In Snoot Game, they are reimagined as Fang Aaron (deadname Lucy), a cis woman who became nonbinary out of a combination of low self-esteem and peer pressure from Trish. Depending on the player's choices, Anon's actions lead her to detransition in two of the game's endings. Contrasting her from the original design, she has a shorter head with less forehead, narrower eyes, more prominent breasts and navel, a much smaller tail, and three stripe patterns on her crest instead of two.
