A character is peeing into the pants that they are wearing, or the aftermath of such an event is indicated.
This tag should only apply to pants. If a character is wearing a skirt, use skirt_wetting instead. Use bottomwear_wetting as a catchall for bottomwear, and underwear_wetting for underwear.
