A foreskin that appears to have been pulled back, leaving the entire glans exposed.

In many cases, a penis with a retracted foreskin can look similar to a circumcised penis (especially when erect), and humanoid penises may be depicted without an obvious foreskin or circumcision scar. If there isn't enough visual detail to determine the difference, then neither tag should be used.
