Hap Tippit is the founder of Tippit Station, a remote frontier outpost that houses a small group of militia and their families. Hap leads his small band on continual raids against the encroaching British forces. Sadly, he might exaggerate the scale of his militia's victories. Hap likes to think of his militia as an actual army, being ever oblivious to the more underhanded dealings of his subordinates.
Naturally, Hap wouldn't see the investigations and "reforms" coming from the Continental Army in a good light.
